I discovered this site while writing for my own site www.tigerreport.com someone asked me to post a link here. After already running an LSU site and authoring more than 200+ columns since 2000, I would love to share my work here. College football is my one true love (ahem..sports-wise that is), but I also like College basketball and baseball, NFL, NBA, and sometimes MLB.

Aside from B/R and tigerreport.com, I also contribute columns to www.geauxshow.com, home of the original LSU podcast.

My work has appeared on foxsports.com, msn.com, collegefootballnews.com, SIoncampus.com, and other great sites full of college football fandom.

I would love nothing more than to do this for a living.

I am the LSU Football Community Leader, if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

I reached "Senior Writer" status on the B/R in 21 articles. Now I'm just going to mail it in.

A Big CONGRATS on the new baby girl!!!!!!! I'm cool with doing the C vs C if Tim is in. I'll drop him a note. So are you done for the season or will you be able to still tailgate? Don't fret about the Gumps - most of them have been, are, and will be forever delusional about their program. They thought they would blow LSU out for the last 5 years and it hasn't happened. Yes, they seem to be a better team this year, at least a more mistake free team for sure. But remember, they are the worst 2nd half team in America so if the Tigers can keep it close in the first 30, it will be a great game!

Justin, Have you noticed any duplicate C vs C articles in the past weeks? Different writers doing multiple articles on the current game....

Michael and I are doing one for the Georgia-FLorida game.... but someone else just posted one as well.

I figured this would happen eventually, and since everyone has a different take it probably won't be a lot of duplication.... but I am almost hesitant to continue now.

Hey Justin,

I know what you mean about the pagination. It's definitely a judgment call, and it really comes down to personal preference. Whether it's one long page or a bunch of short ones, there's probably always going to be someone who says "eff this," so you just have to go with what works for you.

I also got those two picks wrong, but I had them lower in confidence points. My top confidence pick this week, sadly, is USC-Washington. I thought Ty might get himself fired this year, but I really didn't think the Husky season would go this badly.

Culliver's defense breaking up that long ball was nice. That was a sure td.

Johnson was referring to the offense being gimmicky by substituting in situations where the defense can't sub. Basically he was pissed his third down team couldn't get on the field. Like I said, though, LSU clearly had a plan, and it worked, eventually wearing down the SC defense.

As for the "obvious pass situations," that would be pretty much every play. I'm surprised there were only 6 sacks for the game. Garcia can run at times, but he hasn't learned how to throw it away or check off to something else, something Spurrier took the blame for (seeing as it was the kid's first start).

Man, I would feel great about the LSU pick. GA now has both starting offensive tackles out. Couple that with the confidence y'all just picked up in Columbia, and it could be a doozy. GA can't blow anyone out, so you know it will be close. GA's freshman kicker finally looked like a freshman last week, missing two easy kicks, and Stafford had two picks as well. Once again, special teams and turnovers should be huge. If Lee is safe with the ball, I love LSU's chances. I have them in a tight one.

Seeing the ref hit Garcia at the game was hilarious. Everyone in the crowd was sort of stunned, then the obvious question came: "Did the ref just tackle Garcia?" And very true, that was not a touchdown, but it all evened out.

Dude, how about McKinley's dropped ball?

I'm really starting to develop a supreme hatred for Harry Coleman. Seriously. Gotta love how a false start and a personal foul cancel each other out.

Did you see Ellis Johnson's comments about how LSU's offensive sets/substitutions were gimmicky? Said it was more about trickery than beating the guy in front of you. Gotta give credit to LSU. They treated each possession like an NBA playoff possession--every single one mattered.

I have no idea which team to root for this weekend. Looking forward to the C vs. C, though. Isn't that another diamond plated butthole tight sealed pick?

I give you ton of credit. I'm sorry if it seemed like I wasn't giving you the respect that you deserve, because you do. I tend to see things in black or white a lot of times and that's a fault of mine.
