Brian's Bio

I'm 31, a sports nut, married with 3 children and one on the way. Love going to games, love watching games. I'll watch anything from baseball to Nascar, but my true passion is ice hockey. My top sports are hockey, baseball, and football.

I grew up in southern CT, just outside of New York City, so I'm a NY guy all the way. Rangers, Yankees, Giants, Knicks. I did enjoy the Hartford Whalers, but mainly because they were a cheap ticket to see the Rangers. I am not only a fan, I also played two sports throughout the course of my life. I played goalie in ice hockey and was a middle infielder/pitcher in baseball. I enjoyed the life at a small college in New Hampshire, which gave me the opportunity to play both sports at a collegiate level. Both sports helped me build life long friendships I still cherish 10 years later.

I live in Philadelphia now with my family, so as a NY fan, it's a little difficult, yet fun at the same time. My co-workers despise me, particularly the Giants helmet that sits on top of my file cabinet. This is Eagle country. I enjoy going to Ranger/Flyer games as the opposing enemy fan.

What you can expect from me? I'll tell it like it is and talk about sports with a great passion.
