Hi. I'm Shyam and I'm the co-Community Leader of Bleacher Report's Arsenal Community, along with Mary.

It has been a wonderful experience writing here and meeting like-minded individuals who love football. Bleacher Report is a great forum to experience one's views and opinions on different events, and I have enjoyed being a part of a burgeoning community here.

There are some talented writers here, but more importantly, there are some excellent editors as well.

Yeah we are out of the League, never thought we'd be really in it to be honest but I still think we can win a cup competition.

January seems to be a long way away now doesn't it??

Still we'll just have to stick behind him and the team and she what happens but actually on Le Grove today they said the players are letting Wenger now - check it out with your own eyes. :-)

I never pay much attention to his post match interviews to be honest and I don't think he does either cos he says the same thing over and over again.

Yep on Clichy but that happens, sometimes you get away with things and sometimes you don't. He has no real competition for his place, that seems to be the root of our problems.

As football fans , many of us dream of being footballers like Pele and Maradona (the legends), thats okay, but I think its time we learn a few lessons from those little kids on the street in India , with their goalposts made of sticks and bricks and their old white shirts with 'Beckham' written on it with Felt Tip Pens.

For me too, he has made up the majority of my Arsenal memories. I just hope he's not bullied out by the assholes that are calling for his head. He deserves to go out in a dignified manner, be remembered for what he is - one of our best managers.

Reading some of the comments after the defeat are unreal - last week Wenger was a "genius", this week is a "lacky French cunt". Some people would not know support if it hit 'em on the head.

There are some "fans" saying things like "he has ruined my week, my life, I'll kill the fucker". I am annoyed at the victory but talking like that is futile. Besides Ireland are playing New Zealand in rugby at the moment and before the kick-off there was a one minute silence for a young rugby player who was murdered last week, kind of puts things into perspective.

Will do in future no problem.

The article was on the fans though and had nothing to do with Wenger - I think they do go a bit overboard in their criticism of him but having said that I think Pedro did give a balanced view on fans at the Emirates and what can be done.

In future, if I do more on blogs I can e-mail you the article in advance if you like?

People support clubs for different reasons and I think it is a thing to be celebrated that you started supporting Arsenal after Wenger came along (you and hundreds of thousands more) as it is a testment to what the man has done for the club.

I didn't get a chance to set up the chatting thing yet, I'll do it over the weekend if I get a chance and I'll give you all the details ok?

I am not getting into an arguement over which blogs are better than others as their are no right answers as its all opinions.

I will however be looking into the possibility of posting an article in the next wee while about le grove as it has become apparent to me, through you, that there are alot of people who think Le grove are anti-wenger, and im sorry my friend but the statement that Le Grove are anti-wenger is straight up untrue.... there's no opinions on that it simply isnt true.

Thanks for clearing that up :-) I get confused sometimes between how much transfers are in £s and €s as depending where you get your information from they can give it in both, or one of the other.

Well we did make a profit of £1m and in my view will probably have the better player in the long run.

Yep, the Ladies were stuffed pretty badly. Marta scored within a few seconds - straight from kick off. I knew she'd be trouble, a great player but it seems Umea may lose her to America.

I got some more info on the guidelines regarding standing/chanting at the Emirates so I'll put up that article now.

I haven't got an awful lot of time on my hands (read my bio!) but I do love everything Arsenal and writing about it all. Cracking result yesterday, we need Nasri to keep it up now, he has been really inconsistent this season but I believe he has the ability to give us goals from midfield that we would never have got from the likes of Hleb.

he did when we were younger he used to support Newcastle LOL. He was a fan when the likes of Peacock, Beardsley, Cole etc where there, when they were challenging for titles i think he got a bit disillusioned :-)
He wouldn't really follow it but he'd watch the odd match, if Ireland were playing or it was a final that kind of thing, he's more into rallying.

Ah no Shyam,

I'd just noticed that Arsenal fans outnumber all the rest combined (almost) and always comment on articles involving the gunners. And since this poor run started the comments have fallen off. I expect a landslide tomorrow.

I usually write articles about Spurs and some of the other lesser lights of the epl so I'm well used to not being commented on.

Apparently Wenger said it in an interview with Alex Finn on Talksport so it said on the Arsenal forum but I can't actually find the interview to clarify it.

It would be more than an honour Shyam thanks would love to be Co-Arsenal leader :-).

This whole Stoke "coward" thing has been blown out of all proportion, now they're getting Megson involved!! Also just saw on the Arsenal.com boards that Wenger has said that he thought he had either one of two central defenders sewn up in the summer and they both let him down at the end, hence he brought in Silvestre.

Apparently Wenger is now one of the favourites in the bookies to get the chop and he may be under investigation by UEFA for his comments on "cowardly" Stoke.

Wouldn't have anything to do with Platini would it? He was at the Roma game last night when their fans charged the away section and do you think the final will be taking off them - will it hell?

The penalty was a shocking decision, if the ref had given the handball earlier on that would have been ok. Why the hell do Arsenal never get poxy breaks like that??

Can Vela and Bendtner score a few and Arsenal win?? - YES WE CAN

(Big up Barack Obama made my day he winning the elections :-) )

BTW Chelsea fell apart last night from the highlights I saw, Mikel did a Clichy dallying on the ball and Liverpool were not great either by any stretch of the means, their turn to have a blip??

I watched the Liverpool game on RTE (Irish tv) last night which was fine they are pretty objective, but then I turned over to ITV at 11 to watch the goals from the other games i.e watch Roma smash Chelsea ;-) and apparently, according to ITV, Gerrard used the "nudge" in his back "to maximise the effect", thus win a penalty and save his team. Funny how when Ronaldo, Drogba and Van Persie do it, it is called a dive!!!

I know I have always stood firmly in my belief that Cristiano is highly over rated, and very immature. Recently , I've seen alot of change in him.
Here's an attempt at convincing MYSELF, that he's not such a bad person after all...
The more he matures , the less I will hate him...
So here's a peace offering for the last four years , for all the mean things I've said about him, I might still not like him a lot, but I hate him much less after writing this article

Yep, Gallas and Walcott won't play tomorrow night and I hope he resists the urge to play Sagna, we can't do without him on Saturday. Although who he could play there is beyond me. I know the Champions League is not a fore-gone conclusion but in my view Saturday is more important.

Gallas normally pops up with a goal against United and Chelsea, he owes us one at the weekend.
Seems like Adebayor will be out for a while, chance for Vela?

Hey Shyam,

Tensions indeed are running high for Arsenal fans but lets just see this tidal wave of bad matches out. As I said before, we'd make bad Newcastle fans :-P

Personally, I thought the attitude of a lot of the players stank on saturday. Each newspaper I read said Adebayor is a disgrace to Arsenal and should of been sold in the summer and following saturday I began to agree. In my honest opinion it has nothing to do with experience. I have played for u-12 girls teams and if we trudged around the park like that we'd not be picked for the next game, the most important thing I've ever learnt playing was to play for your shirt and team-mates and everything else will follow.

Another thing that annoys me is that the Rep.Ireland never pick Rory Delap anymore, we could do with him cos we can't get a ball into the box from set-pieces, all he needs is a throw.

I think it was a misjudgment - huge one - on his behalf. It very, nearly worked for him last year, 83 points and 4 off the eventual winners and perhaps he thought it would work again this year and it has blown up big time in his face.

I am more than certain he will sort it in Jan. Look on the brightside - Spurs make sure Liverpool don't get any further away and Hull nearly got a point at United today, lower teams are taking points off the Big Four this year - sadly it is mostly us on the receiving end - but anything can happen.

Anyway, I think the Champions League will do this year :P

Sorry man if it seems like I'm having a go at you, I'm not. But my Lord, I'm actually getting sick of the people on web forums, on the radio, on tv etc calling for and meaning it that they want Wenger Out. I thought fans are called supporters for a reason AND the spuds are beating Liverpool, so all is not lost. As George Michael once said "You Gotta Have Faith"!!

I dunno there is just something eating away at me that says he's not getting all that much money, I mean it looked all a bit desperate at the end of the window when Arsenal seemed to be in for just about every midfielder going.

You can mail it on to me if you like-I'll do the donkey work since you have a fever :-) - also if you could suggest 2 players Arsenal should get rid of and name 2 players that you think could change things around.

I think he'll make a move in the jan transfer window if he supposedly has money-he's under pressure.

The more I think about the game last night, the more I think "Bloody Hell, just one of those nights" the players were cocky and smug and thought they had it wrapped up.

On the whole players he should of, could of bought, I'm starting to wonder more and more just how much money Wenger is getting from the Arsenal board. He is obviously still very angry over Flamini going (did the board not back him to increase Flamini's wages). But the thing that really stands out is loaning Senderos to Ac Milan, considering the lack of height and defenders in the team why would he loan out a player that he played numerous times last season? So he would have the money to pay Silvestre?

I have been doing point 1 when editing his stuff, it just is the volume is so much that they still appear. I suppose your right there is not much we can do about it, it is just a slight pity as the community have top articles on the main page for some time.

Anyway, hopefully he'll run out of players to get rid of from Arsenal or to bring in to Arsenal after a while :-P

Hey Shyam,

I'm normally not one for nit-picking but that one person on the Arsenal board who seems to write 50 articles a day for the sake of writing them is getting a bit tedious. I have tried in feedback to get him to write less articles with more arguments and opinions involved but it doesn't seem to be working. It is like he writes them without ever checking back over them or replying to comments. Am I been unfair or do you agree it is not helping the Arsenal community? There may be some other articles that are very good but are getting lost under his volume (also not happy with the republicofmancunia for the same reason-anyone can cut and past from a blog!!).

Tell me be quite if you like and I will but it just seems the good work on the Arsenal community lately is been undone.
