New England Patriots Top Writers

1 - Sean Crowe

Writer bio

Sean Crowe got his start writing for the now defunct dailysportsreport.com (although we’ve recently been informed that DSR is back…but we assure you, Crowe has absolutely nothing to do with the new site).

His influences include ESPN's Bill Simmons (from his Digital City Boston days) and the Boston Globe's Dan Shaughnessy before he went catatonic and was replaced by a random negative article regurgitating robot. He hates everyone who writes for the Boston Herald except for Steve Bulpett & Rob Bradford. Mike Reiss is his favorite sports writer at the moment, but he’s looking into becoming the president of the Amalie Benjamin fan club—for whatever that’s worth.

Crowe is married with 2 beautiful daughters. His wife is obviously a saint for putting up with him for over five yea...

2 - William Berry

Writer bio

A Patriot fan who got on the bandwagon in 1976. I or He hates everybody, especially you. I or He feels that Raider fans can go tuck themselves. I or He don't know if this should be in third person or not.

3 - Mike Dussault

Writer bio

I am a displaced Patriots fan living in Los Angeles. I started writing in 7th grade when I wrote a short story about a bunch of evil high schoolers taking over a middle school and the middle schoolers who fought back. I am still convinced that the film Toy Soldiers with Sean Astin totally ripped me off.

I enjoy two kinds of writing now - screenwriting and writing about the New England Patriots. I can be reached at PatriotsPropaganda@gmail.com.

4 - Chris Radez

Writer bio

I tried to talk about myself in the third person ... just couldn't do it.

I'm Chris... recently dubbed as a New England Patriots Community Leader here at Bleacher Report. I'm also the Systems Administrator and Co-Owner of TheScoreBoards Sports Forums.

Please feel free to leave me a note if you have any questions about me, or the Pats community here at b/r.

5 - Ryan Burns

Writer bio

Ryan Burns loves speaking about himself in third person. Ryan Burns is a recent Providence College graduate, working in the sports marketing business. He wrote for PC's student newspaper, The Cowl and was a DJ at WDOM 91.3 fm. Ryan lives in Providence, Rhode Island and enjoys all sports, except for WNBA and Soccer. Sorry. He also likes hip-hop, soul, r&b music, but hates the radio. He thinks Batman is better than Superman, and that Tom Brady is better than Joe Montana.

Ryan was just appointed Patriots Community Leader along with Mike Dussault and Chris Radez. He can be reached at ryanburns88@gmail.com with any questions.

Ryan also is a MC/Songwriter. If you want to hear his songs, check out www.myspace.com/ryanburnsakarsun. While youre at it, add me as a friend!

6 - Angel Navedo

Writer bio

The details about my life are fairly simple. I live in Brooklyn, NY, support the New York Jets, and love professional football down to the very core of my soul.

I believe opinions make the world go 'round, and refuse to falter on that stance. You can hold facts to your chest as closely as you please. I prefer to see them analyzed and disputed from a different, well-argued perspective.

Serious journalism is always welcome, but I'll be damned if we don't all love a good laugh. It's why I write serious pieces, and make plenty of joke ones.

Aside from spending an extraordinary amount of time analyzing sports I was never good enough to play on a professional level, I write various forms of fiction, my opinions on things unrelated to sports across the web, and school papers for ve...

8 - Glenn Card

Writer bio

Semifanatic sports fan. I have been accused of being a fair weather fan but, following a bunch of crappy teams will do that to you. In the late 60's and 70's Georgia bulldogs, Atlanta Falcons and Braves. Then in the 80's the San Diego Padres and Chargers. Although the "Air Coryell" show with Dan Fouts was always fun to watch they would always break your heart in the end. Then move to New England in the 90's and try rooting for the Red Sox and Patriots when they couldn't buy a winning season. Ok, things are different for me now. New England has some awsome sports teams and I have more time on my hands and thus have found my voice.

9 - Ryan Michael

Writer bio

My name is Ryan Michael. I'm an aspiring Sports writer with a primary focus on the NFL and WWE. I've done some sports broadcasting on the radio for our local high school games. I'm new to Bleacher Report and hope to earn myself a spot as one of the top writers in my topics of specialty.

I'm 20 years old and am engaged to the most amazing girl in the world, Megan. I'm a college student at the University of Connecticut, surprisingly having little interest in colege basketball. I am a die-hard Indianapolis Colts fan and a hardcore follower of the WWE.

My goal is to become one of the top writers here on Bleacher Report. I will continue to work hard to improve my writing skills and hopefully write a ton of articles that you'll all enjoy reading.

Right now I'm proud to say that I'm ...

10 - Mitchell Golden

Writer bio

I'm in my freshman year at the University of Southern California. An odd combination of filmmaker and obsessive sports fan, I hope to one day make a sports movie as enjoyable as Major League, and accurate enough for a sports junkie to appreciate. Although I live in LA, my heart lies in BAHston, specifically with the New England Patriots, but I still fight on for Old 'SC with my heart and soul (and right arm).

11 - Nick Caso

Writer bio

-Born in Boston
-Die hard Celtics, Pats, Yanks and Sox fan(ya I said it)
-Co-host of 'Two Big Views" with Chris Torello

12 - Jeremy Mason

Writer bio

What's up? The name is Jeremy Mason. Big sports fan. I eat, breath, and sleep sports. My favorite teams for their respective sports are the New England Patriots, the Phoenix Suns, the Baltimore Orioles, and the Duke Blue Devils (NCCAM). I participate in pretty much every sport as an athlete, but as a writer I normally stick with the NBA and the NFL, although occasionally I do comment on others. I'm originally from Eglin AFB, Florida, and I currently reside in Dover, Delaware. I am 17 years old, and someday I would like to be a writer working for ESPN.

13 - Thomas Hislop

Writer bio

I am 13 years old, aspire to be a sports writer and hope to do well on bleacherreport or at least learn something about writing. I hope to become a Senior Writer and dream to have a Pick of the Day, but that may take a while...

So far, Thomas has done 3 seasons of fanasty sports with two championships.

If you run a website and feel Thomas would be good there, feel free to contact me here (wink, wink).

Thomas has recently started writing for the magazine 'Jocks 4 All'.

Sup Everybody, I am the top ranked wrestling writer currently for B/R. I have always been a wrestling fan, but also I am a big just sports fan. I live in a place where college football is the sport. So it is one thing I am into.

I am currently in college taking TV Broadcasting, yet I want to get into both Radio and TV in my career. Writing is something I love to do, because I can share my opinion. That is why B/R is so great for me.

Wrestling is a big passion for me, I have written for websites a lot on news and what not. But I could only do news and not share my opinion. And I am very opinionated, trust me. I will...

15 - Ryan Nelson

Writer bio

I'm probably in the younger group of B/R writers, and my experience is limited to school essays and school newspaper articles. I was born in Minneapolis in 1993, and I moved to Indianapolis in 2001. I've been a Colts fan ever since. I kind of like the Michigan Wolverines and Alabama Crimson Tide. I am an Ohio State convert, by the way. I have a genuine dislike for the New England Patriots and Green Bay Packers. I am an 8th grade linebackers coach for my brother's middle school. I am a musician as well. I play trumpet, guitar, piano, bass, drums, and trombone as well as singing.

My dreams of playing NFL football were crushed on April 10th, 2008 when I developed a subluxating kneecap. It is a problem that has no solution, being there is no damage, so I have moved on to early stages of ...

16 - Sayre Bedinger

Writer bio

Welcome to the Sayre Bedinger writer profile! I am a 19 year old student in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I currently am the community leader for the Denver Broncos, and am a writer for the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bulls, and Iowa Hawkeyes. I also enjoy North Carolina Tar Heels basketball.

Ever since I was about ten years old, as far as I can remember I have loved the Denver Broncos. The only other memories of football I have prior to that are being obsessed with Starting Lineup action figures and having my parents put Broncos gear on me every now and again. I became obsessed with the NFL Draft when I received the complete set of Topps NFL Football Cards in 1999, and I memorized all the colleges and stats and biographies for every rookie there was.

I've since developed a passion ...

Writer bio

John comes from prestigious beginnings all of which he pretty much forgets. Most maintain John is an odd person, yet he maintains everyone else is odd so much so that they can’t recognize his greatness. Under the guise of a mild mannered sports reporter, there lies a pool of random knowledge and numerous ideas.

John is possibly one of the greatest minds of the 20th and 21st centuries, matching wits with Chad “Ocho Cinco” Johnson, Pete Rose, Jose Canseco and Bill Walton. He has studied at notable schools such as Frankie’s school for the extremely stupid, and Clown college.

23 - Pete McKeown

Writer bio

I am a 24 year old Bostonian who crushes the local sports scene. I'm not that guy who sits at Fenway and throws beers at the Yankees fan, the beers are just far too expensive. I love reading and writing articles about the NFL and MLB, but hockey will always be the most fun sport to see live and play. I grew up in Medford, and went to Tufts, which is in Medford, so yeah, I'm also that guy. I'm extremely competitive in all that I do and am most likely one of the most annoying people to play in Jeopardy.

24 - robert allred

Writer bio

I'm 24, live in North Dallas, and I am a huge homer for all the teams I follow. I told you now, so you can't hold it against me in the future.

I went to Baylor University where I graduated with a double major in Marketing and Management. While I have always considered myself a good writer, I am not a writer by trade. Therefore, when and if I write articles and analysis on this site, there is almost certain to be grammatical errors. I don't care so don't bring them up to me. If it reads well and makes sense, then it is grammatically correct to me. (This is, of course, partially tongue-in-cheek. Nobody likes the "grammar police", but I welcome constructive criticism and article editing)

I have to admit, I do wish that I had studied some sort of sports journalism in school....

26 - The Sports Comedian

The Sports Comedian is a satire site focusing on the world of sports. We started back in April 2007 as a personal blog, but expanded to fake comedy news in September 2007 to coincide with the NFL season. Since then we have provided more sports satire than any other site out there, with multiple stories per day and multiple updates per week. We offer a professionally designed and maintained site with stories taken from the day's headlines, something no other sports satire source offers.

Our stories have been featured all over the internet, on sites like FoxSports.com, CBSSports.com, Deadspin, and more. We have also recently expanded our offering to include multimedia content like videos. If you are looking for fun sports content, there is only one bookmark you need, and that's The Spo...

45 - Tanner Thoms

Writer bio

Hello, my name is Tanner. I am a huge sports fan. I plan to be a sports writer when Im older so that is how I got interested in this website. My favorite team in the world is the Minnesota Vikings. Adrian Peterson is my favorite player. UNC is the best college basketball team in my opinion. That is about all for now. Thanks.

46 - Nick Coviello

Writer bio

I'm Nick...I've been and on and off writer for a couple of years now. I'm not that familiar with blogs; however, those familiar with me probably knew me on either:

www.nes247.com (as GeraldGreen5)
www.sigsports.net/forums (as SOS4Prez)

I've also made appearances at:

HOF Sports (as Kno)
Sports Saga (as QNFizzleBaby)
Cowboys Pride (as Gaffney10)

I'm a die-hard Red Sox, Patriots, and Celtics fan. Some may call me a pessimist and that's because I am. I'm the first to call doom on my teams. I am not a fair-weather fan because of this. The Bruins are cool I guess...the strike kind of killed hockey for me, but I'm trying to get back into it. I'll also watch the BC Eagles when they're in a big game, but I don't watch them religiously.
