Many of you have voted, and for that I am thankful.  

Just for the record, I will be announcing the winner, and the honorable mention—second place, unless there is no real second-place winner (meaning if one person got six votes and the rest got one, I'm not naming a second-place winner).  

The results are in!  Here are the winners for the first monthly Bleacher Report NHL section awards for September 2008:
